Is it safe shopping online?
We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure servers and we do not share this information with any third party.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, select add items / quantity  to your shopping cart. You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate / update' button. To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, please hit the 'checkout' button.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express symbol on it.

Is there any sales tax?
There is no sales tax on tea. Teaware items are subject to sales tax for the residents of Florida.

What are your shipping rates?
All orders received on a business day by 3pm EST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will go out the following business day. Our US shipping prices are very reasonable: Ground rate is only $3.75. Second Day delivery and Next Day rates are calculated automatically based on weight and distance. Do you ship to International destinations?
We ship orders to most countries with USPS. The delivery option outside the United States takes 1-6 weeks to arrive.

Can I send a gift to another address?

How do I use a gift certificate?
The entry point for your gift certificate is found on the check out page, where you are given an option of using a gift certificate. Our system will automatically subtract its amount from your purchase. And allow you to place any amount remaining on your credit card.

I don't like ordering online. Can I order by phone or pay by check/money order?
Yes we do accept Checks and money orders, however this will delay the shipping of your order, until the funds have cleared and appears in our bank account.

Where's your phone number?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide live phone ordering or support. However, we are extremely quick at answering emails! If there are any questions or problems about placing an internet order, please email us.
